Amanda Huggins is a respected anxiety and mindfulness coach, certified yoga instructor, brand ambassador, author, speaker, and host of the Anxiety Talks podcast. Becoming an anxiety coach wasn’t originally the goal; it was a divine byproduct of Amanda’s own healing journey with anxiety. During her near-decade of work in the high-stress startup industry, Amanda ultimately realized that her anxiety, self-sabotage, and low self-worth had to be addressed. She was struck with a fervent desire to heal, feel, and grow.
Early on in her healing journey, Amanda realized she was looking for an approach that worked with the anxious mind, and taught her how to integrate “the work.” She wanted something that was scientific, spiritual, and, most of all, actionable. When she couldn’t find exactly what she was looking for...she created it. Today, her unique “spiritual, scientific, practical” approach has helped hundreds of clients move beyond their anxious minds and into a state of profound, holistic success.
Amanda has partnered and shared her wisdom with category-leading brands, including Gravity Blankets and Gaiam. Her work has been published in a number of online and print sources, including the book Embodied Resilience Through Yoga. She regularly offers workshops and digital courses for clients, international audiences, and corporations.
